Drove sales and marketing content, editorial management, and copy creative direction for a new Lakeshore Learning product line targeting K-12 school districts.

Strategized and produced a large campaign for Mattel supporting a licensed product based on a fan-fave character from the Robot Chicken TV show. Mix included sale pages, videos, social, email, sweeps, and more.

Developed and executed a multi-pronged UX/content mapping system for a $20M 16,000-page website redesign for Cedars-Sinai within an agile environment. Oversaw a 5-person content & UX writing team.

Led editorial direction for a multi-channel campaign to lift awareness, engage customers, and grow sales of Lakeshore Learning products across e-commerce, social, retail stores, direct mail, paid ads, and events.

Oversaw production of a series of product launch videos for WD hard drives. Videos were designed for multi-channel distribution, including e-commerce, paid ads, social campaigns, PR, and presentations.

Managed copy development of all content for Lakeshore Learning's Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram platforms. Collaborated with Marketing, Design & Video teams to leverage analytics for content optimization.

Concepted and produced ongoing campaigns, sales, and fan club content for Mattel's Masters of the Universe online subscription. Included blogs, themed posters, videos, emails, product pages, sweeps, and more.

Collaborated with UX, Design, Business, and PMO teams to develop UX strategy and microcopy for Karastan that aligned with brand standards while delivering an elevated and improved customer experience.

Planned, co-wrote, and oversaw production of a branded YouTube series for WD. Shot both in-studio and on location, the series delivered more than 2MM views by authentically engaging and educating customers.
